Configuration and Layout: - Grid: 4 columns and 4 rows, creating exactly 16 individual compartments. - Clear internal dimensions of each nesting compartment: 300mm width, 300mm height, 300mm depth. - Total internal depth of the main structure: 350mm. - The unit must be elevated from the ground by 300mm using the continuous vertical outer side walls extending downwards to serve as integrated legs, reinforced with bottom horizontal support beams. Sloped Shelves and Egg Roll-Out Feature: - All 5 main horizontal shelves must be continuous, single-piece plywood sheets. - Mount all horizontal shelves at a 6-degree forward downward slope to enable automatic egg roll-out. - Extension: Each horizontal shelf must extend forward (protrude outwards) by an additional 150mm beyond the front of the nesting boxes to create an integrated egg collection tray. - Front Lipless/Bumper: At the very front edge of the 150mm extension, add an 80mm high continuous horizontal front lip (retaining wall) across the entire width to catch the rolling eggs. Vertical Dividers and Joinery Style (Option A): - The 2 outer vertical side walls must be continuous, solid single-piece plywood sheets. - Internal vertical dividers must be individual, smaller interlocking panels (300mm x 300mm nominal size, adjusted for slope) placed between the main shelves. - Joinery type: Through mortise-and-tenon (interlocking tabs). The continuous horizontal shelves must feature extended tenon tabs that pass completely through matching mortise slots routed into the outer vertical side walls, visible from the outside. - Internal dividers must lock into the horizontal shelves using the same mortise and tenon tab system. Output requirements: Ensure clean geometry, correct sheet thickness allowances (10mm), and export compatibility for CNC manufacturing (STEP, DXF, or IGES formats).
