TOP FEED TANK: A 4-liter cylindrical stainless steel tank with a conical bottom and an integrated external heating jacket wrapper. The tank has a top lid and a center bottom outlet. 2. SUCTION LINE & PUMP: A vertical suction line tube connecting the bottom tank outlet down to a compact 24V DC micro-gear pump. 3. INLINE TEMPERATURE SENSOR: An inline block housing a PT100 sensor probe positioned vertically below the pump outlet. 4. HIGH-PRESSURE FLOW CELL BLOCK: A solid 1-inch stainless steel rectangular manifold block connected beneath the temperature sensor. 5. FOSS PROFOSS 2 WR SENSOR HEAD: A cylindrical analytical spectrometer sensor head with a sapphire optical window interface, bolted flush to the side of the 1-inch flow cell block. 6. RETURN LINE: A stainless steel return tube exiting the bottom of the flow cell block and looping back up to a submerged dip tube inlet at the bottom of the top feed tank. 7. SUPPORT FRAME: The entire assembly is mounted inside a rugged, compact metal sheet housing or box frame, supported at the base by four circular rubber vibration damper pads. Output as a highly precise STEP or IGES file with professional, clean mechanical assembly layout.
