"A single modular chassis rail beam spanning 450mm in length, 30mm in width, and 15mm in height. The beam must be a completely hollow, rectangular structural tube with a uniform wall thickness of 3mm, creating an open-ended central channel. At each far end of the beam, integrate a vertical, flat rectangular mounting flange plate measuring 10mm thick, 46mm wide, and 45mm high, positioned perpendicular to the main beam length.
