Create a parametric mechanical CAD model of a compact centrifugal micro-pump housing with an integrated impeller and mounting flange. Units: millimeters. Main body: - Create a circular volute pump housing with an outer diameter of 90 mm and total thickness of 24 mm. - The housing should have a cylindrical central chamber with an inner diameter of 55 mm and depth of 16 mm. - Add a removable circular top cover plate with diameter 90 mm and thickness 6 mm. - Add a visible separation line between the cover and the main body. Inlet and outlet: - Add a vertical inlet nozzle at the center of the top cover. - Inlet nozzle outer diameter: 24 mm, inner bore diameter: 14 mm, height: 28 mm. - Add a horizontal tangential outlet nozzle on the side of the volute. - Outlet nozzle outer size: rectangular-rounded duct, 18 mm wide, 14 mm high, length 35 mm. - The outlet should be tangential to the circular housing and smoothly blended into the volute chamber. Impeller: - Inside the chamber, create a simple 6-blade radial impeller. - Impeller outer diameter: 48 mm. - Hub diameter: 14 mm. - Blade thickness: 2.5 mm. - Blade height: 10 mm. - Blades should be slightly curved backward, suitable for centrifugal flow. - Leave a small clearance between the impeller and housing. Mounting flange: - Add four mounting ears equally spaced at 90 degrees around the housing. - Each mounting ear should have a rounded rectangular shape, 22 mm long and 16 mm wide. - Add one bolt hole in each mounting ear. - Bolt hole diameter: 6 mm. - Hole pattern bolt circle diameter: 105 mm. Engineering constraints: - Keep the model manufacturable for FDM 3D printing. - Avoid unsupported internal overhangs greater than 45 degrees. - Make all parts visually distinct but aligned as a realistic mechanical assembly. - Use clean mechanical geometry with smooth transitions and consistent wall thickness. - The model should be watertight and suitable for export as STEP and STL. Rendering: - Use a matte gray engineering plastic material. - Show the pump in an isometric view. - Make the internal impeller partially visible by slightly lifting or semi-transparently displaying the top cover.
