The prompt

Create a simple 3D model of a cell membrane. Overall size: 120 mm wide, 80 mm long, and 20 mm thick. Make a rectangular membrane with two layers of phospholipids. Each phospholipid: * 1 sphere, 6 mm diameter, for the head. * 2 straight cylinders, 3 mm diameter and 10 mm long, for the tails. Place the heads on the outside and the tails facing each other in the center. Add 8 small spheres, 3 mm diameter, between the tails to represent cholesterol. Add 3 large cylinders, 8 mm diameter and 24 mm long, crossing the membrane to represent membrane proteins. Use only spheres, cylinders, and rectangular blocks. Do not use cones, curves, torus shapes, text, or complex geometry. Make the model simple, clean, and suitable for 3D printing.
