The prompt
Convert a standard cassette tape shell into an electronics enclosure for a portable media player. CASSETTE DIMENSIONS: 102mm × 64mm × ~9mm (needs +12mm thickness = ~21mm total, length/width unchanged) COMPONENTS TO HOUSE: 1. Screen (1.47" LCD): PCB 42×21×6mm, visible 34×19mm — centered between the two reels 2. SD Card Reader (blue PCB): 42×25×3mm — SD slot exits one edge 3. BT 5.0 module (XY-BT-MINI): 31×29×7mm — 3.5mm jack exits bottom edge 4. LiPo Battery: 41×20×6mm — sits on one side 5. Type-C USB 5V 2A Boost Converter: 25×20×6mm — sits on battery, USB-C exits bottom edge 6. ESP32: ~28×55mm PCB — inside, no external port needed 7. Two mouse encoders: 2mm 5-sided D-shaft — connected to reels via gears GEAR MECHANISM (1:1 ratio, one set per side): - Reel gear: 18mm pitch dia, 18 teeth, module 1.0, Ø14.5mm center hole — mounts around reel hub - Encoder gear: 18mm pitch dia, 18 teeth, module 1.0, 2mm D-shaft bore — mounts on encoder shaft - Mini-reel: small disc with 2mm D-shaft hole (like scroll wheel) - Center distance between gears: 18mm MODIFICATIONS: 1. Move reels apart to create 34mm gap for screen 2. Cut out: screen window, component pockets, SD slot, 3.5mm jack port, USB-C port 3. Add 12mm to back shell thickness 4. Keep original cassette shape and corner screw holes 5. Output as STEP files + STL files + assembly guide
