Create a canard hinge bracket for a 40 mm outer-diameter tube-launched UAV fuselage. The base is a concave saddle with a 20 mm radius to sit flush against the fuselage tube, 24 mm long and 16 mm wide, 2 mm wall thickness. Rising from the base are two parallel knuckle lugs, 3 mm thick each, spaced 6 mm apart, each with a 2 mm diameter pin bore centered 8 mm above the saddle surface. Add two 2.5 mm mounting holes through the saddle base, one at each end along the centerline. Fillet all structural junctions at 1 mm. Minimum wall 1.2 mm for carbon-fiber nylon FDM printing.
