Create a commercially sellable, premium 3D-printable STL called “BitVault”. Design a compact modern 1/4-inch screwdriver bit holder with a rotating 12-bit magazine. The user rotates the magazine and each bit clicks into a precise front extraction position. The magazine must have 12 mechanical detent positions at exactly 30° spacing, work without screws, magnets, springs or metal parts, and be easy to operate with one hand. Overall housing size: 105 x 48 x 24 mm. Housing wall thickness: 2.5 mm, bottom thickness: 3 mm, outer corner radius: 2 mm, chamfers: 0.8 mm. Rotating magazine: 42 mm diameter, 17 mm height, 12 evenly spaced bit slots. Design the slots for standard 1/4-inch bits (6.35 mm), using approximately 6.50 mm internal diameter and 12 mm insertion depth. Use realistic FDM tolerances, approximately 0.20 mm clearance for moving parts. Add an ergonomic front finger relief approximately 18 mm wide and 5 mm deep with rounded edges so the user can easily remove the selected bit with one hand. Add integrated recessed labels for the 12 positions: PH1, PH2, PZ1, PZ2, T10, T15, T20, T25, T30, H3, H4, H5. Make the text approximately 0.6 mm deep and printable with a 0.4 mm nozzle. The design should look modern, technical, minimalist and premium, with clean symmetry, rounded edges and subtle functional details. Optimize everything for FDM printing with a 0.4 mm nozzle, 0.2 mm layer height, PLA/PETG and minimal or no supports. Split the design into sensible printable parts if necessary. Parts must assemble without glue or additional hardware. Ensure the magazine rotates smoothly, locks reliably in all 12 positions, bits are securely held but easy to remove, and all dimensions fit together correctly. Check wall thickness, strength, tolerances, printability, overhangs, labels and assembly before finalizing. Generate clean, watertight, manifold, slicer-ready STL geometry. The final product must look and function like a real premium commercial tool accessory and offer a clear advantage over a basic static bit holder.
