Create a rigid bicycle phone cradle for CMF Phone 1. The cradle mounts to an existing bottle cage adapter using two M5 bolts spaced 64 mm apart. Phone dimensions: - 163.66 mm height - 77.46 mm width - 7.8 mm thickness Requirements: - The phone slides in from the top. - Two deep bottom supports hold the phone's weight. - Two flexible locking tabs at the top secure the phone and prevent it from falling out. - Side guides keep the phone centered. - Clearance: 0.5 mm. - Large camera cutout. - Opening for the CMF Phone 1 accessory wheel. - Full access to USB-C port, speakers, microphone and buttons. - Two mounting holes: - 5.5 mm diameter - 64 mm spacing - 9 mm counterbore - 5 mm counterbore depth - 5 mm thick mounting plate. - 4 mm walls. - Large fillets for strength. - Optimized for PLA. - Printable without supports. - Designed to withstand bicycle vibrations. - Parametric CAD model.
