Design a competition-grade Autonomous Underwater Vehicle (AUV) for RoboFest in SolidWorks. Create a fully parametric, modular, lightweight open-frame design with overall dimensions of approximately 700 × 450 × 350 mm. Include an acrylic pressure hull with aluminum end caps, an 8-thruster configuration (4 horizontal and 4 vertical) for full 6-DOF movement, mounting points for a front HD camera, sonar, IMU, pressure sensor, Raspberry Pi/Jetson, Pixhawk, ESCs, battery tray, buoyancy foam, and adjustable ballast. Ensure neutral buoyancy, low-drag hydrodynamic fairings, waterproof cable routing, quick-access electronics, and CNC-manufacturable aluminum components. Generate complete SolidWorks parts, assembly, exploded view, BOM, engineering drawings, and STEP export suitable for RoboFest competition.
