Create a complete 3D CAD assembly for an automated seat-track screwing station. Purpose: Automatically fasten seat tracks using two screw variants described in the supplied screw drawings. The workstation shall replace manual screwing and provide traceable torque-controlled assembly. Components: 1. Product Fixture - Locate and clamp left-hand and right-hand seat tracks. - Support multiple track variants. - Prevent cosmetic damage to painted surfaces. - Use quick-change locating pins and adjustable nests. 2. Screw Feeding System - Automatic screw feeder with escapement mechanism. - Compatible with both screw types from supplied drawings. - Poka-yoke against wrong screw selection. - Low-level sensor in screw bowl. 3. Servo Screwdriving Unit - Atlas Copco PF4000 controller compatible. - ETD-ST61-5013 screw spindle. - Vertical Z-axis mounted screwdriver. - Floating compliance head to compensate position variation. - Torque and angle monitoring. 4. Motion System - Cartesian system with: - X-axis positioning over screw locations. - Z-axis approach for fastening. - Pneumatic part clamping. - Light weight aluminum machine frame. 5. Operator Loading Area - Manual loading of pre-assembled track. - Gravity roller conveyor for single-part transfer. - One-piece flow. - No part accumulation. 6. Safety - Aluminum profile enclosure. - Polycarbonate guarding. - Interlocked access door. - Status tower light. 7. Quality Controls - Torque OK/NOK verification. - Screw presence detection before fastening. - Final screw presence verification after fastening. - Part release only when all screw operations pass. 8. Data Collection - Store torque, angle, cycle time, date and serial number. - Ethernet communication with PLC.
