The prompt
Create a single parametric 3D CAD model named ASTRA_HEAD_V1. UNITS: Millimeters. COORDINATE SYSTEM: X-axis = left/right direction. Y-axis = front/rear direction. Z-axis = bottom/top direction. ORIGIN: Set the origin at the geometric center of the complete head envelope. OVERALL ENVELOPE: X = 150 mm Y = 115 mm Z = 140 mm Therefore: Leftmost X = -75 mm Rightmost X = +75 mm Frontmost Y = -57.5 mm Rearmost Y = +57.5 mm Bottom Z = -70 mm Top Z = +70 mm The head must be symmetric about the X=0 vertical plane. The head must also be symmetric about the Y=0 longitudinal plane unless a feature is explicitly specified otherwise. GENERAL FORM: Create a compact humanoid robot head with a rounded rectangular external form. The front face must be predominantly planar with smooth transitions toward the top, bottom and side surfaces. The top surface must be smoothly rounded. The bottom surface must be smoothly rounded. The left and right sides must have smooth curvature. The rear surface must be gently convex. Do not create a sharp-edged rectangular box. OUTER CORNER RADIUS: Nominal external corner radius = R16 mm. GENERAL EXTERNAL EDGE FILLET: R3 mm where geometrically appropriate. INTERNAL CORNER FILLET: Minimum R1.5 mm. SHELL: Make the head hollow. Nominal shell wall thickness = 2.4 mm. Maintain approximately uniform 2.4 mm wall thickness over the outer shell. Do not create a solid internal volume. Keep the rear side accessible for later installation of electronics and wiring. Do not add display, camera, microphone, speaker, neck interface, servo mounts or screw holes at this stage. The first feature must be only the basic head shell.
