The prompt
Create a precise parametric 3D CAD model of the UAV WING for the AeroMorph-GD variable-dihedral research project. Create ONLY the wing. Do NOT create the gear mechanism, gearbox, motor or locking system. UNITS: millimetres (mm) WING PARAMETERS: - Total wingspan: 1600 mm - Left wing half: 800 mm - Right wing half: 800 mm - Mean/reference chord: 200 mm - Wing area: approximately 0.32 m² - Aspect ratio: 8 - Airfoil: NACA 4412 - Maximum airfoil thickness: 24 mm - Thickness ratio: 12% WING STRUCTURE: 1. Left wing - Span: 800 mm - Chord: 200 mm - NACA 4412 airfoil 2. Right wing - Span: 800 mm - Chord: 200 mm - NACA 4412 airfoil 3. Main spar - Diameter: Ø12 mm - Position: 50 mm behind the leading edge - Extend continuously through the main structural region - Create suitable spar attachment geometry near the root 4. Aileron - Left aileron: 300 × 50 mm - Right aileron: 300 × 50 mm - Place near the outboard trailing-edge region - Include hinge line 5. Root/central connection - Provide a rigid root interface for connection to the variable-dihedral mechanism. - Include Ø12 mm spar connection geometry. - Keep the wing rotation interface concentric with the intended morphing axis. DIHEDRAL CONFIGURATIONS: Create three configurations: Configuration 1: - Dihedral = 0° Configuration 2: - Dihedral = 10° Configuration 3: - Dihedral = 20° For each configuration, keep the wing geometry unchanged except for rotation about the root/morphing axis. CAD REQUIREMENTS: - Use the actual NACA 4412 profile. - Create fully constrained sketches. - Maintain symmetric left/right wing geometry. - Use realistic structural thickness and clearances. - Keep the wing as separate editable components where appropriate. - Generate 3D solid geometry. - Generate top, front and side 2D engineering views. - Show dimensions in mm. - Clearly label 0°, 10°, and 20° configurations. - Do not add the gear mechanism, motor or gearbox. OUTPUT: 1. 3D wing model 2. 0° configuration 3. 10° configuration 4. 20° configuration 5. Exploded structural view 6. Fully dimensioned 2D engineering drawing 7. Separate left and right wing components 8. Main spar and aileron geometry
