Create a simple rigid ADXL345 vibration sensor carrier plate. ADXL345 PCB is 20 x 16 mm with exactly 2 mounting holes, 3.2 mm diameter, 15 mm center-to-center. Make plate 40 x 35 x 4 mm. Create ONLY two sensor mounting holes, 3.4 mm diameter, exactly 15 mm center-to-center. Position them to match the ADXL345 and keep the PCB fully supported. Do NOT create a deep pocket or enclosure around the sensor. Keep the sensor on a flat rigid surface. The ADXL345 has soldered header pins on one edge. Keep the entire header side unobstructed. On the header side, add a SMALL low-profile cable strain-relief slot/clip suitable for a flexible 1 m SPI cable. The cable guide must be compact and must not touch the sensor body or header pins. Add four elongated mounting slots near the outer corners for attaching the carrier to future machine-specific adapters. The slots must be separate from the two ADXL345 holes. Do not design a machine-specific clamp because the machines are not yet available. Add small engraved X and Y orientation markings. Keep Z indicated by an engraved arrow normal to the plate. Use 4 mm thickness, rounded edges and 0.3 mm FDM clearance. Keep all dimensions parametric. Generate a simple, rigid, printable solid CAD model. Avoid bulky structures, large protruding blocks, deep pockets, flexible mounts, rubber isolation or springs.
