Create an original fully parametric mechanical CAD model of an adjustable miter bar for a SKILSAW SPT99T-01. SIZE: 230 mm long × 19.0 mm wide × 9.2 mm high. The width must be adjustable from 19.0 to approximately 19.5 mm. MECHANISM: Design a rigid main runner with a longitudinal flexible expansion section along one side. Seven M4 adjustment screws, accessible from the top, push the expansion section outward to eliminate side-to-side play in the miter slot. Use captured M4 hex nuts; do not use printed threads. 7 SCREW POSITIONS: 18, 50, 82, 115, 148, 180 and 212 mm from one end. Positions must be editable parameters. PARAMETRIC: Make length, width, height, screw diameter, hole diameter, screw positions, expansion amount, nut dimensions and clearances editable. HOLES: M4 screws, 4.3 mm clearance holes, with recessed/captured hexagonal M4 nut pockets. PRINT: PLA, FDM, 0.4 mm nozzle, 0.2 mm layer height, printed flat, no supports. Keep the bottom flat and smooth. Minimum wall thickness 2 mm. Add small fillets to prevent cracking around the flexible section. OUTPUT: True parametric mechanical CAD model, not a mesh. Export STL and STEP.
