Dimensions: - Length: 230 mm - Width: 19.0 mm - Height: 9.2 mm - Adjustable expansion: 0.5 mm Use 7 M4 adjustment screws with captured M4 hex nuts. Screw positions from one end: 18, 50, 82, 115, 148, 180, 212 mm. Create a longitudinal flexible expansion section so the bar can expand from 19.0 to approximately 19.5 mm. Screws must be accessible from the top. Make all dimensions parametric and editable. Optimize for PLA, 0.4 mm nozzle, 0.2 mm layers, flat printing, and no supports. Exportable as STL and STEP.
