The prompt
Design a highly efficient 80 mm axial fan propeller for a handheld rechargeable fan. The propeller must have 5 twisted airfoil blades optimized for maximum airflow while keeping motor load reasonable. Outer diameter 80 mm. Center hub diameter 24 mm. Shaft hole diameter 1.4 mm with a tight press fit. Blade root pitch angle 30 degrees, gradually reducing to 15 degrees at the tip. Rounded blade tips, smooth airfoil profile, balanced for high RPM, printable in PETG on a Bambu Lab A1 with a 0.4 mm nozzle. Generate a watertight STL ready for 3D printing.
