The prompt
Design a complete, ergonomic, parametric 3D CAD enclosure for a custom 510 vape mod. Create real editable solid geometry, not a rendering. **PCB:** 73 × 32 × 1 mm, maximum width 34 mm. Coordinate origin is the PCB upper-left corner; X points right, Y points down, Z points toward the rear. Four Ø3 mm mounting holes at (2,13), (30,13), (2,71), (30,71). Front component protrusion 4 mm; rear protrusion 4.5 mm. **Display:** 27 × 27 mm outer frame, 26 × 26 mm visible area, positioned at X=2.5, Y=23 mm. **Buttons:** Three PCB switches at (16,8), (7,64), (25,64) mm. Upper switch 4 × 3 × 2 mm; lower switches 3 × 4 × 2 mm. Design three aligned, integrated external buttons with flexible arms, comfortable caps and travel stops. **Micro-USB:** Older Micro-USB, on PCB left edge, protruding 2 mm, approximately 8 mm wide, lower edge 8 mm from PCB bottom. Provide horizontal plug access. Do not use USB protrusion as the PCB or battery positioning datum. **510 connector:** Base Ø22 mm, total height 19 mm. Base bottom edge is 1 mm from PCB top edge. Initial center position X=16, Y=-12 mm. Keep position adjustable and check clearance. **Three 18650 batteries:** Each provisionally Ø18.8 × 66 mm. All battery axes parallel to PCB length (Y direction). Their centers are: - Battery 1: (9.4, 36.5, 9.4) mm. - Battery 2: (29.2, 36.5, 9.4) mm. - Battery 3: (19.3, 36.5, 26.55) mm. All batteries extend from Y=3.5 to 69.5 mm. The first two are side by side; the third is centered between them and shifted toward the rear in Z. This is a triangular arrangement in the XZ cross-section, not in the top view. The left outer edge of the first two batteries aligns with the PCB main body's left edge, X=0. The USB protrusion must not affect battery alignment. **Enclosure:** Create a compact, ergonomic handheld body with rounded corners, a clean front display/control surface, and a rear contour accommodating the triangular battery pack. Suggested wall thickness 2.2 mm, reinforcing ribs 1.5–2 mm, and mating clearance 0.25 mm. Use exactly two rear-cover screws, one left and one right. Design suitable PCB supports, battery supports, connector mounting, housing joints and internal clearances. Choose the best mechanical construction yourself. Keep PCB, display, switches, USB, 510 connector and batteries as separate reference components. Use editable parameters for all dimensions. Check component interference, mounting alignment, wall thickness, solid validity and assembly fit. Do not silently change specified dimensions. Deliver a complete editable CAD assembly, separate front and rear housing solids, STEP files and printable STL files. Mechanical enclosure only; do not design electrical circuitry.
