Design a 3D CAD model of a 5-degree-of-freedom articulated robotic arm for educational and light pick-and-place applications. Requirements: Base diameter: 120 mm with four mounting holes (8 mm diameter) equally spaced on a 90 mm bolt circle. Total arm reach: approximately 600 mm. The arm consists of: Rotating base (Joint 1) Shoulder link (200 mm) Elbow link (180 mm) Wrist pitch joint Wrist rotation joint End effector interface with standard servo mounting pattern for attaching different grippers. Use hollow links with 3 mm wall thickness to reduce weight. Include internal cable routing holes throughout all links. All joints should use ball bearings (608ZZ) with shafts and spacers where appropriate. Servo motors: Base and shoulder: MG996R mounting dimensions. Elbow and wrist: MG90S mounting dimensions. Design all brackets with filleted corners (5 mm radius) to improve strength. Add ribs on long links for stiffness while keeping the structure lightweight. Use M3 screws for small assemblies and M5 bolts for structural joints. Include mechanical stops to prevent over-rotation. Design every component as an individual solid body suitable for assembly. Ensure the design is fully parametric. Add realistic clearances (0.3 mm) for 3D printing. Material assumption: PLA or PETG. Generate complete assembly with exploded view compatibility. Every part must be manufacturable using FDM 3D printing without excessive support material.
