The prompt
Design a 4-port structural hub connector for joining 1" EMT conduit (1.163" actual outside diameter) at the vertices of a hexagonal antiprism frame. Each hub has exactly 4 socket ports, split into two pairs: - Ring pair: 2 ports lying in a single horizontal plane, their axes 120° apart, each a round socket sized for a 1.163" OD tube (allow a light interference or retaining-pin fit, not a loose slip fit). - Riser pair: 2 ports rising out of the same plane, each only ~17° off vertical (i.e. ~73° above the horizontal ring plane), with the two riser axes just 32.4° apart from each other — a narrow, nearly-parallel pair, not a wide spread. - The ring pair and the riser pair are NOT coplanar; model the body as a solid hub with all 4 sockets converging toward a shared internal junction, each socket a straight bored cylinder at least 1.75" deep so a positive pin or through-bolt can pass through the overlapped tube and hub wall. Design intent: this hub sits at a floor or ceiling vertex of a small (7' diameter, 6' tall) frame that will have four seated adults inside it, so a tenon/socket design needs enough wall thickness and fillet radius at the socket root to avoid stress risers — don't make the body hollow or thin-walled for weight savings. Add a through-hole at each socket for a 1/4" retaining pin or bolt, perpendicular to that port's axis, positioned for the tube overlap zone. Output as a solid, printable body (no overhangs needing support if oriented with the ring-pair plane down), sized to the 1.163" conduit OD, in a format suitable for FDM printing in PETG or nylon, or for reference when machining in aluminum. Important caveat to carry into the design: this is a geometry/prototyping aid, not a certified load-bearing connector. A 3D-printed plastic hub is not validated for supporting seated human weight — flag that explicitly in the output, and note that a real build needs an engineer to size the joint (or substitute rated pipe clamp hardware) before anyone sits inside.
