I am designing a staff office building, of 3 floors, and a square shape, with 2 exit stairs and 4 elevators, where the upper floor accommodates the managers' offices, restrooms, pantry, and a meeting room. While the middle floor will accommodate the middle- ranked staff offices, restrooms for males and females separately, a pantry and lunch break section, 2 prayer sections for males and females, in addition to a gathering and a meeting room. The ground floor will include a main lobby, reception section with concierge, controlled access doors, workstations for staff, restrooms, pantry, induction and training meeting room. The building should be designed to accommodate 100 people, and its design should comply with the regulations of all the authorities of Abu Dhabi (ADM, ADCD, ESTIDIMA, TAQA, ADMCC, etc).
