The prompt
Create a parametric CAD model of the attached 3-spoke cast-aluminium handwheel. FINAL CASTING: OD 100 mm, hub OD 40 mm, centre hole Ø10 mm, hub height 37 mm, rim thickness 14 mm, spoke thickness 14 mm, 3 identical curved spokes at 120°, hollow opening width 55 mm. Rounded rim and smooth spoke-to-hub/rim blends. Match the attached photos. Also create: 1. Final casting with dimensions. 2. Wooden foundry pattern with 1.3% linear shrinkage, 1.5 mm machining allowance and 1.5° draft. 3. Central sand core and core prints for Ø10 mm hole. 4. Two-part sand mould: cope, drag, parting line and cavity. 5. Simple gating system: pouring basin, sprue, runner, 2 gates and riser near hub. 6. Sectional/exploded mould view showing metal flow. Use mm. Keep the pattern under 200 × 200 mm. Make the design simple and practical for a manually made wooden pattern. Provide top, front, section and isometric engineering views with dimensions.
