Generate a 3-part mechanical camera assembly designed for simple 2.5D CNC milling. Crucial constraint: All external corners of all three parts must be perfectly sharp 90-degree angles. Do not apply any fillets or chamfers to the outer perimeters. All mating faces must be absolutely flat. The Rear Frame (Fixed base): Create a solid rectangular plate 200mm wide, 240mm high, and 15mm thick. Cut a central rectangular opening of 130mm wide by 150mm high completely through the plate. Leave the front face perfectly flat to accommodate removable dovetail rails later. The Intermediate Carriage (X/Y stage): Create a solid rectangular plate 150mm wide, 170mm high, and 15mm thick. Cut a central opening of 100mm by 100mm completely through it. Create a 15mm diameter through-hole on the bottom edge to allow a vertical T8 lead screw nut to pass through. The front and rear faces must remain completely flat to act as mounting surfaces for the sliding dovetail brackets. The Front Plate (Lens carrier): Create a solid rectangular plate 120mm wide, 120mm high, and 20mm thick. Cut a central square opening of 84mm by 84mm completely through the plate. The entire front face must remain absolutely flat, solid, and completely devoid of any holes or features. Create a 15mm circular recess on the right side edge to house a horizontal T8 lead screw nut. The dimensions of the central openings are calculated to allow the Front Plate to travel ±30mm vertically relative to the Intermediate Carriage, and the Intermediate Carriage to travel ±20mm laterally relative to the Rear Frame without obstructing the optical path.
