The prompt
This is an 18650 battery cell spacer for a surron Light Bee S battery pack. I need to create a stencil to trace into a sheet of copper to make new busbars for the pack. The stencil will be in a 2x6 row column formation. The center of one circle to the next is 18.5mm. The stencil must be 7.5 mm wide between each circle. Each circle should be 15mm around.
