The prompt

This is an 18650 battery cell spacer for a surron Light Bee S battery pack. I need to create a stencil to trace into a sheet of copper to make new busbars for the pack. The stencil will be in a 2x6 row column formation. The center of one circle to the next is 18.5mm in both horizontal and vertical directions. The stencil must be 7.5 mm wide between each circle. Each circle should be 15mm around.
