A tower I want to design it as the requirements given G floor and first floor are commercial, the rest of the tower is residential, the full tower floors number is 13 , elevator and emergency stairs exit are required, the residential floors needed to be splited to 4 apartments the number of rooms are 2 or 3 as possible, the street is at the right and bottom sides which L are 34.19 and 18.3 meter as the pic I will upload give me idea or tow for the possible designs
