The prompt
Create this part using simple sequential CAD operations. STEP 1 — GEAR Create ONE closed planar 12-tooth spur gear profile on the XY plane at Z=0. - 12 teeth - Module: 0.75 mm - Pressure angle: 20° provisional - Pitch diameter: Ø9.00 mm - Outside diameter: Ø10.50 mm - Root diameter: Ø7.30 mm - All profile geometry must lie exactly at Z=0. - Profile must be closed, planar and non-self-intersecting. - Extrude 7.53 mm along +Z. STEP 2 — HUB Create a centered Ø9.00 mm cylindrical hub from Z=7.53 to Z=12.00 mm. Hub extension = 4.47 mm. Use a sharp shoulder at Z=7.53 mm. Fuse gear and hub into ONE solid. STEP 3 — AXIAL BORE Cut a centered Ø5.00 mm through-bore along the Z axis through the complete 12.00 mm length. STEP 4 — TRANSVERSE PIN HOLE Create ONE Ø2.25 mm diametrical through-hole through the hub. Hole axis: X axis. Hole centerline: Y = 0 Z = 8.755 mm The hole must pass completely through both sides of the hub and intersect the Ø5.00 mm axial bore. IMPORTANT PIN-HOLE POSITION: The nearest edge of the Ø2.25 mm hole must be exactly 0.10 mm from the hub shoulder at Z=7.53 mm. Shoulder = Z 7.530 mm Nearest hole edge = Z 7.630 mm Hole center = Z 8.755 mm Farthest hole edge = Z 9.880 mm The 0.10 mm measurement is from the SHOULDER to the NEAREST EDGE of the hole, NOT to the hole center. IMPORTANT ANGULAR POSITION: Clock/rotate the 12-tooth gear around the Z axis so the transverse pin-hole openings are centered directly beneath TWO OPPOSITE TOOTH VALLEYS, NOT beneath tooth centers. Looking along the Z axis, the X-axis transverse-hole centerline must pass through the centerline of two opposite tooth valleys. The opposite opening must align with the opposite valley 180° away. Do NOT position either pin-hole opening beneath a tooth. The hole is in the HUB below the valleys. It must not cut through the gear teeth or root valley itself. FINAL: - 12 teeth / 12 valleys - Pin-hole openings beneath two opposite valleys - Ø10.50 outside diameter - Ø9.00 pitch diameter - Ø7.30 root diameter - 7.53 mm gear width - Ø9.00 hub OD - 4.47 mm hub extension - 12.00 mm overall length - Ø5.00 axial through-bore - ONE Ø2.25 mm transverse through-hole - Hole center Z = 8.755 mm - Shoulder to nearest hole edge = exactly 0.10 mm - One connected solid Do not change any specified dimension.
