The prompt
Create a 3D solid CAD model of the beach flag base shown in the attached reference images. Use the reference images as the main design reference. UNITS: millimeters. Overall maximum diameter: 300 mm. Outer/base height: 40 mm. Maximum height at the center: 65 mm. The base is rotationally symmetrical with exactly 12 identical large rounded petals around the outside. The bottom surface must be completely flat. Create a stepped, raised circular structure toward the center, matching the reference images. Create a raised central cylindrical boss for mounting a beach flag pole. Create a vertical cylindrical hole through the center. Central hole diameter: 25 mm. The outer perimeter, petals, concentric rings, stepped levels and central boss should closely follow the shape and proportions shown in the reference images. The decorative elements on the top should be real 3D solid geometry, not textures. Use smooth rounded transitions and fillets. The result must be ONE single watertight solid CAD body. Create a true B-Rep solid, not a mesh. The model must be suitable for CNC machining and export to STEP/STP. Do not create an STL or 2D drawing.
