My 4.5 year old son has feet that are each 66mm wide. He has a 2nd digit (index toe / secundus) on each foot that is crowded between the 1st and 3rd toes and it slighly raised as a result. I would like to design a 3D printed part that could follow typical curvature from 1st toe to 5th toe that helps gently separate the toes (for spacing and comfort) while traveling under the 1st toe, over the 2nd toe (applying slight and maybe variable downward pressure) and under the 3rd, 4th, and 5th toe.
