The prompt
Create a thin flat plate, 120mm long (X), 55mm wide (Y), 1mm thick. Add 2 through-holes of 4.3mm diameter at X = +54mm and X = -54mm, centered on Y axis, matching the base plate holes. Cut a slot/window following a circular arc: radius 74.5mm, arc length 104mm, centered at X=0, concave side up, 6mm wide, to expose the tube underneath. Add radial tick marks along a concentric arc offset 8mm outward (radius ≈82.5mm) from the channel arc: one tick every 5 degrees from -40° to +40°, with longer ticks every 10 degrees. Add number labels (0, 10, 20, 30, 40) at every 10-degree mark, mirrored on both sides of center.
