MAIN CYLINDER: - Outer diameter: 40.0 mm - Inner diameter: 38.8 mm - Wall thickness: 0.6 mm - Axial height: 8.3 mm - Perfectly circular and completely closed through 360 degrees - Open at the bottom - No bottom plate TOP FLANGE: - At the top edge of the cylinder, create one continuous horizontal annular flange extending radially outward. - Flange outer diameter: 44.0 mm - Flange inner diameter: 38.8 mm - Flange thickness: 0.6 mm - The flange must be completely circular. BOTTOM TABS: Create exactly two identical rectangular tabs at the bottom rim of the cylinder. - Tabs are 180 degrees apart. - Each tab is 6.0 mm wide circumferentially. - Each tab extends 2.0 mm radially inward toward the central axis. - Each tab starts directly from the bottom circular rim, not from a position higher on the inner wall. - No cylinder wall exists below the root of either tab. - Bend each tab inward and slightly downward. - The free tip must be lower than the root by a 7 degree downward angle. - The tabs must point toward the central axis. - No part of either tab may extend outside the 40.0 mm cylinder outer diameter. - Each tab is one flat straight paddle with only one bend at its root. IMPORTANT GEOMETRY: The cylinder remains a continuous closed ring. Do not create any radial split, seam, slot, or opening in the cylindrical wall. Do not add any other components.
