Create a 3D printable model of the text "TAV" designed for Bambu Lab 3D printers. Overall dimensions: Maximum length: 250 mm Maximum height: 100 mm Total assembled height: 30 mm The model must be divided into three separate printable parts. Part 1 – Base Create a base following the exact outer shape of the text "TAV". Base thickness: 4 mm. On the top surface of the base, create continuous grooves that follow all outer and inner wall paths. Groove depth: 2 mm. Groove width: 3.2 mm to fit 3 mm thick walls with approximately 0.2 mm clearance. The grooves will serve as slots for inserting the wall parts. Part 2 – Outer Wall Create the outer wall as a separate body. Wall thickness: 3 mm. Visible wall height above the base: 26 mm. Include a 2 mm insertion tab at the bottom so the wall fits into the grooves of the base. The outer wall must follow the outer contour of the letters. Part 3 – Inner Wall Create the inner wall as a separate body. Wall thickness: 3 mm. Visible wall height above the base: 26 mm. Include a 2 mm insertion tab matching the grooves in the base. The inner wall must follow the internal contours of the letters (such as the hole inside the letter "A"). Wall Spacing Maintain a constant 10 mm distance between the outer wall and the inner wall everywhere possible. The spacing should be measured from the inside face of the outer wall to the outside face of the inner wall. Keep the spacing uniform around all letters. Manufacturing Requirements All three parts must be independent printable bodies. The walls should assemble into the base without glue. Design the joints as a press-fit with approximately 0.2 mm clearance. Ensure the model is watertight, manifold, and ready for FDM 3D printing. Export the model as three separate parts named: TAV_Base TAV_OuterWall TAV_InnerWall The final model should be compatible with Bambu Studio and ready to export as a .3mf project.
