The prompt

Redesign the perforated acoustic liner facesheet using a precise engineering slot pattern. Create a flat rectangular facesheet with a thickness of 0.8 mm. Replace the circular perforations with SHORT ELONGATED SLOTS having rounded semicircular ends. SLOT GEOMETRY: - Overall slot length = 2.0 mm - Overall slot width = 0.45 mm - Aspect ratio = approximately 4.44:1 - Slot ends must be semicircular and smoothly rounded - Slots must be complete through-holes through the 0.8 mm facesheet - Do not create rectangular slots with sharp corners - Do not make the slots visually longer than 2.0 mm PATTERN: - Arrange the slots in a dense, uniform, repeating array - Use a staggered/offset pattern between adjacent rows - Keep identical spacing between neighboring slots - Keep equal margins from the facesheet edges - Align all slots in the same direction - Orient the slots parallel to the grazing-flow direction - Do NOT randomly distribute the slots - Do NOT create large empty areas between slots - The pattern should look like a professional aircraft acoustic-liner perforated facesheet OPEN AREA: - Target open-area ratio (OAR) = approximately 14% - Maintain approximately the same total open area as the original circular-hole configuration - Adjust the number of slots and centre-to-centre spacing to achieve approximately 14% OAR - Do not increase the slot dimensions to achieve the OAR CAD REQUIREMENTS: - Make the slot dimensions fully parametric - Clearly define 2.0 mm slot length - Clearly define 0.45 mm slot width - Clearly define 0.8 mm facesheet thickness - Include centre-to-centre spacing dimensions - Include row-to-row spacing dimensions - Include edge-margin dimensions - Create actual cut-through geometry, not surface markings - Make the model suitable for CATIA and ANSYS acoustic simulation VISUAL REQUIREMENT: Show the complete facesheet in a clear orthographic/top view and an isometric 3D view. The final result should clearly look like a uniformly perforated acoustic-liner facesheet with small rounded elongated slots, not a decorative sheet.
