The prompt
i need the plate to be 310 by 350 mm. The circular holes, 20 mm in diameter, are in the corners, with an offset of 20 mm from each side. I also need a rectangular hole, in the center of the plate, located at 90 mm from the bottom, leaving 115 mm from right and left and having a height of 250 mm
