The prompt
Create a simple, dimensionally accurate blanking plate for a rectangular opening measuring 160 mm × 98 mm. Create a flat rectangular top plate measuring: * 190 mm × 128 mm * 2.5 mm thick This gives a 15 mm flange around all four sides. On the underside, add a continuous rectangular locating collar with: * Outside dimensions: 159.4 mm × 97.4 mm * Height: 5 mm * Wall thickness: 2 mm The locating collar must be continuous on all four sides. Use 3 mm radius corners on both the outer top plate and the outside corners of the locating collar. Add a small chamfer to the lower outside edge of the locating collar.
