Make the design production-ready using 1.2–1.5 mm CRCA sheet metal, CNC laser cutting, press-brake bending, and minimal welding. Use modular bolted panels, a removable rear service cover, adjustable VESA TV mount, concealed actuator/wiring, stable wide base, rounded edges, and simple manufacturable bends.
