Create a parametric 3D CAD assembly of a compact 200-L fully electric air-assisted orchard sprayer inspired by the 600-L reference machine. Include tubular chassis, 200-L tank, wheels, 48-V battery with BMS, electric diaphragm pump, filters, pressure regulator, bypass line, 8–12 adjustable nozzles with solenoid valves, separate BLDC fan and motor, air duct, control panel, wiring, safety guards, rinsing and handwash tanks. Make all major dimensions, tank capacity, pump flow, nozzle count, fan diameter, battery voltage/capacity and ground clearance editable. Generate exploded view, assembly sequence, fluid-flow schematic, electrical layout and BOM. Design for realistic manufacturing, serviceability, safety and low centre of gravity.
