Create a CNC-machinable One Piece-inspired handle consisting of two separate solid bodies: a wooden handle core and a rope wrap. HANDLE CORE: Create a solid rectangular bar measuring exactly 30 mm wide, 30 mm deep, and 150 mm long. Position the 150 mm length along the Z-axis. Center the model on the X and Y axes, with the bottom at Z = 0 mm and the top at Z = 150 mm. Round the four long vertical edges with a 5 mm fillet radius. Keep the top and bottom faces flat. The resulting cross-section must remain a rounded square, not a circle. ROPE WRAP: Create one continuous rope with a circular cross-section of 4 mm diameter. Wrap it helically around the complete rounded-square handle. The rope path must closely follow all four flat sides and rounded corners of the handle instead of following a circular cylinder. Start the rope at Z = 5 mm and end it at Z = 145 mm. Use a vertical pitch of 8 mm per complete turn, producing approximately 17.5 turns. Keep the spacing uniform along the entire handle. The rope must sit directly against the surface of the handle without floating and without deeply intersecting the handle. Allow a maximum intersection of 0.2 mm so the two bodies can be joined later with a Boolean union. Add a subtle twisted-rope texture using two rounded intertwined strands, but keep the detail broad and smooth enough to machine with a 1 mm ball-nose end mill. Do not create loose fibers, sharp undercuts, knots, tassels, or unsupported geometry. OUTPUT: Keep the handle core and rope wrap as two separate watertight solid bodies named “Handle_Core” and “Rope_Wrap”. The complete model must fit inside a 40 mm × 40 mm × 150 mm stock blank and must be suitable for 4-axis CNC machining.
