Create a rectangular elastomer substrate sheet measuring 120 mm in length, 60 mm in width, and 3 mm in thickness. On the top surface, design three parallel micro-channels running lengthwise across the sheet; each channel should be 1.5 mm wide, 1 mm deep, and spaced 5 mm apart from center to center. At both the inlet and outlet ends of each micro-channel, add a 4 mm circular contact pad that is flush with the surface. Finally, apply a 2 mm radius fillet to all four vertical corners of the rectangular base sheet.
