The prompt
Design a single flat 3D-printable line-follower chassis plate, one solid manifold body, no boxes, walls or covers. Units: mm. Coordinates: X = left/right, Y = forward, Z = up. Origin = centre of the rear axle line, on the bottom face. The whole bottom face lies flat on the XY plane at Z=0 and every feature rises upward from it (no supports needed, no overhangs). Plate thickness 4 (Z 0..4) unless stated. Minimum wall 3 except truss ribs 2.4. Outer corners R4 unless stated, internal corners R1, all hole diameters already include 0.2 clearance. Overall length exactly 170 (Y -66..+104). OUTLINE (union of these flat shapes, joined with R3 fillets where they meet): 1. Rear block: X -64..+64, Y -66..-20, rear corners R8. 2. Axle block: X -58..+58, Y -20..+20, corners R6. 3. Spine: X -12.5..+12.5, Y +20..+64. 4. Sensor bar: X -40..+40, Y +64..+88, corners R3. 5. Two LED tabs: X +26..+38 and X -38..-26, Y +88..+100, corners R3. Vertical through-hole dia 5.2 at X +/-32, Y +94. 6. Front caster tab: X -12..+12, Y +88..+104, corners R3, with a U-shaped notch X -5..+5, Y +96..+104 open at the front edge. Two vertical holes dia 2.2 at X +/-8.5, Y +100. TRUSS SPINE (Y +20..+64): two square windows cut fully through, X -9.5..+9.5, first window Y +23..+40.8, second window Y +43.2..+61, leaving a 3 mm border and a 2.4 mm cross rib between them. In each window add an X-brace: two crossing diagonal ribs 2.4 wide, full 4 thickness, corner to corner. On the top face cut a shallow wire groove 4 wide x 1.5 deep along the centreline X=0 from Y +18 to Y +67. SENSOR BAR (for an 8-channel IR line array mounted on top, sensors facing down): - Wire pass-through slot, cut through: 60 (X) x 6 (Y), X -30..+30, Y +67..+73. - Sensor window, cut through: 64 (X) x 8 (Y), X -32..+32, Y +76..+84. The wall between slot and window is 3 mm. - Two slotted holes 2.2 (X) x 5 (Y) at X +/-36, centred Y +80, for the array screws. MOTOR MOUNTS (two N20 gear motors, 6 V 200 rpm, axes along X, centred Y=0): - Two raised pads, X +26..+58 and X -58..-26, Y -8..+8, thickness 7 (Z 0..7), so the motor axis sits at Z=12. - Two vertical screw holes dia 2.0 through each pad at X +/-40.5 and X +/-49.5, Y=0 (placeholder for the bracket hole spacing). - Wheel clearance: no plate within X 58..70 for Y -16..+16. ELECTRONICS RACK BASE (driver below, NodeMCU deck above): - Four vertical holes dia 3.2 at X +/-28.5, Y +/-13.5 for M3 standoffs (15 mm tall). - Driver module footprint on the plate between the motors: marked area X -13..+13, Y -12..+12, with four vertical holes dia 2.2 at X +/-10.5, Y +/-9 (placeholder for a compact SMD dual H-bridge, edit after measuring). BATTERY BAY (2S LiPo 2200 mAh, about 115 x 35 x 20, strapped on top): - Bay area X -60..+60, Y -58..-22, marked by four L-shaped corner stops, each leg 8 long x 1.5 wide x 3 high. - Four strap slots 13 (X) x 2.5 (Y), cut through, at X +/-45, Y -18 and Y -62. Export STL.
