Generate a 2D DXF file for laser cutting. Create a rectangular plate with dimensions 699mm in length and 299mm in width. In the exact geometric center of this plate, create a perfectly symmetrical rectangular grid of holes. The grid area should span approximately 500mm in length and 200mm in width. All holes within this grid must have a diameter of 1.5mm, with a center-to-center spacing (pitch) of 15mm in both X and Y directions.
