I need a support to hang footbal scarfs

I need a support to hang footbal scarfs onto the wall. I have some ideas how to make it. First of all, I want it to have a 4-sided polygon profile, where the first 3 sides are make 2 right angles and the last one just closes the figure. Length sides of 6cm x 4.5cm x 2.5cm x whatever it needs to be. This profile should be extruded 2cm. Two more features should be added: (i) a semi-circle hole should be placed onto the side profile just described, its center should be on the 4.5cm side and its radius shoud be 1cm; and (ii) another hole, this time a full circle should be placed onto the side profile and its radius have to be 1cm too, place somewhere a little bit closer to the vertix between the 6cm side and the whatever it needs to be side, inside this hole there should be a double senses internal thread. The idea is to have it glued to the wall (6cm x 2cm x 6cm x 2cm side) and onto the semi circle should be placed the bar to put the scarfs (between two supports) and as I have many, I would placed plenty side by side and the threaded hole will be used to place a threaded cylinder to attach to supports together.
