The prompt
I want to build a faceplate for a HAVIS center console. The main face of the faceplate should be 9" wide by 4"tall. There should be a centered rectangle cut out in the middle that is 8.5" wide by 2.75" tall. where the side meets the interior cutout on each the left and right there should be an "ear" that is 2.5" wide centered on the 2.75" opening and going 90 degrees from that surface in a rectangluar shape 3" down.
