The prompt

Create one complete parametric 3D CAD assembly of FURN X500, a modular 3 MWth industrial waste-heat recovery and thermal-storage appliance. Industrial, manufacturable, minimal architecture, not a conceptual box. Overall skid envelope 11,800 L × 2,400 W × 3,000 H mm. Build one integrated machine with a structural steel skid and five functional zones in sequence: (1) dirty flue-gas conditioning with inlet duct, expansion chamber, cyclone/inertial separator, dust hopper, particulate filter housing, isolation damper and bypass damper; (2) removable gas-to-clean-air high-temperature recuperative heat-exchanger cartridge with separate hot and clean channels, headers, flanges, floating supports and thermal expansion joints; (3) modular high-temperature sensible thermal-storage core, approximately 4,000 × 2,000 × 2,200 mm, made from a repeatable array of replaceable 600 × 600 × 1,200 mm storage cassettes with refractory liner, insulation, hot-air distribution plenum, flow channels and collection plenum; (4) clean-air delivery section with variable-speed industrial fan, motor, vibration isolators, mixing chamber, recirculation damper and process-air outlet; (5) cold-side electrical/control cabinet with PLC, VFD, HMI, junction box and cable trays. Keep dirty flue gas and clean process air completely physically separated, with heat transferred only through the HX. Include a direct H2H path from HX to process, a storage charging path, storage discharge path and hybrid simultaneous direct-plus-storage path. Use real mechanical construction: RHS/SHS frame, bolted flanges, gaskets, structural brackets, removable access panels, captive fasteners, inspection doors, sensor bosses, temperature/pressure/flow instrument ports, cable routing, lifting lugs, forklift pockets, foundation plates, thermal breaks and realistic duct supports. Hot components must have fixed-point plus sliding supports and visible expansion allowances; do not rigidly constrain the hot core. Make HX and storage cartridges removable for maintenance. Add realistic service clearances and extraction paths. Use clean industrial proportions, compact modular packaging, realistic sheet-metal enclosure, no decorative or fictional components. Create the complete assembly in one generation, with all internal architecture physically connected and mechanically supported. Prioritise engineering realism, manufacturability, serviceability and modularity over visual styling. One important Text2CAD instruction: don't include the 3 MWth / 6 MWhth numbers as if the geometry itself proves those ratings. They are design-basis targets; the CAD geometry should remain parametric for later thermal, CFD and pressure-drop validation.
