The prompt
A flat circular disc, 24 inch outer diameter, 0.375 inch thick (3/8 inch). Centered through-hole, 1.75 inch diameter, for the axle shaft. Add a raised cylindrical hub/boss on one face, centered on the through-hole, 2.5 inch outer diameter, 1 inch tall, to support the shaft bearing surface. Material: mild steel (A36).
