Frame positions and outside dimensions: F1: x=0 mm, width 76 mm, height 67 mm F2: x=34 mm, width 84 mm, height 72 mm F3: x=68 mm, width 90 mm, height 75 mm F4: x=102 mm, width 86 mm, height 72 mm F5: x=135 mm, width 78 mm, height 67 mm Each frame is 2 mm thick in the longitudinal direction and has a 3 mm wide structural rim. Do NOT make the frames circular or elliptical. Cross-section shape: flat horizontal underside approximately 45% of total width; lower corners angled outward at approximately 45 degrees; lower side walls nearly vertical; upper sides taper inward approximately 10 degrees; upper corners rounded; top approximately flat with a shallow curve. Centre every frame on the same longitudinal axis. Keep the inside completely open. Create only these five frames.
