368 Make a double plate that can be 3D printed. The plate is 2.4m wide and 7.2m long. From about 2/3 of the length, the plate should go in towards a point, like a bottom in a boat. Upper layer 10mm, lower layer 10mm. Between the layers a corrugated plate of 10mm for rigidity. Stiffness and strength at the pointed end should be 10 times as strong, you then change the height of the corrugated plate and or the width of the waves.
