The prompt

Part C: Central (Intermediate) Disc Step 1 — Web New Part → sketch on the Front Plane a circle ⌀90 at the origin. Extrude: End Condition Mid Plane, depth 15 mm. Using Mid Plane keeps the disc symmetric about the Front Plane, which makes the two tongues easy to control. Step 2 — Tongue A (front face) Select the front face of the web → Sketch. Draw a rectangle 15 mm wide × 90 mm long, symmetric about the vertical centre line and centred on the origin. Extruded Boss: Blind, 10 mm. Step 3 — Tongue B (back face) Select the back face of the web → Sketch. Draw the same rectangle but rotated 90° — 15 mm wide, symmetric about the horizontal centre line. Extruded Boss: Blind, 10 mm. Overall thickness of the disc is now 10 + 15 + 10 = 35 mm. Check: view the part from the front and press Ctrl+8 (Normal To). Toggle to a wireframe display — the two tongues must appear as a cross at exactly 90°. Use Tools → Evaluate → Measure to confirm the angle between the two tongue faces.
