please model a 3d overshoe design that would be eventually moulded out of a silicone rubber. design it to fit size 7 to size 10 work boot/shoe it needs to be versatile and tolerable to fit multiple sizes within that range. it should have a grippy tread design on the sole and side panels that cover 40mm of the side of the shoe, it should have a round over toe cup that helps locate the users boot as they step in to it. the most key and technical part of the single piece model is the heel. I need you to design the heel to be a bi-stable structure with stretchy connective panels so that the heel can be folded in to the open position once moulded out of the right type of rubber so that it can be placed on the floor and as the user steps in starting at the toe cup and presses down on the bi-stable heel the heel gives way and snaps to the closed heel position fitting the designed boot sizes nicely. it should and have a step tab on the heel so that to take off the covers you step on the tab and pull you shoe out which in turn reverts the heel to its open bi-stable structure. the stretchy side panels may need to be a concertina or fan design so they can open out when the heel is open not applying stress to the bistable structure causing unwanted snap backs and instead when the user steps in the side panels between the heel and main body of the over shoe fold back on themselves (return to their original un-stretched out position this is necessary as when the over shoe is on the users boot it must cover all areas of the lower sole and boot side wall as I said 40mm up the side of the boot. I am asking for a sty file of the 3d model that will eventually be turned in to a mould.
