Frame boundaries: * X = 2 to 598 → outer frame width 596 * Y = 30 to 698 → outer frame depth 668 Lower frame at Z=80–120: * front/rear: 2 × 596 * sides: 2 × 588 Vertical uprights: * 4 × 700 mm * Z=120 to 820 Top frame at Z=820–860: * front/rear: 2 × 596 * sides: 2 × 628 Required top clear opening: 556 × 628 mm Do NOT introduce dimensions 560 or 640. SINK KEEP-OUT Do not model the actual sink or countertop cut-out. Create reference volume: * sink nominal size: 480 × 500 * X = 60 to 540 * Y = 100 to 600 * centred X = 300 Y position is PROVISIONAL until final sink datasheet is selected. The sink keep-out must not intersect the top frame. DOOR One flush aluminium door: * finished size: 594 × 774 * 3 mm gap on left/right/top/bottom * aluminium 2 mm * folded cassette with approx. 20 mm inward returns * no visible external screws * concealed hinges only * no handle Do not create hinge drilling or push-latch holes yet. EXTERNAL PANELS Separate 2 mm aluminium bodies: * left side * right side * rear * door All finished geometry must stay inside exactly: 600 × 700 × 860 mm PLINTH Height locked: 80 mm. Use provisional footprint: 500 × 580 mm (50 mm side inset, 60 mm front/rear inset). Mark footprint as PROVISIONAL. RULES * Fully constrain all sketches. * Use named parameters. * Keep structural parts as separate bodies. * No visible external fasteners. * No arbitrary shelves. * Keep interior clear for sink bowl, drain, trap and plumbing. * Do not invent sink cut-out, hinge holes, plumbing holes or countertop fixings. At the end verify and report: * overall size = 600 × 700 × 860 * body height = 780 * door = 594 × 774 with 3 mm gaps * uprights = 700 * top opening = 556 × 628 * no sink/frame collision * no geometry outside the external envelope * list all frame member lengths.
